-Changed the gravity for all standing basics. Now if you hit P2 while they are in the air 
 they no longer drop like a rock UNLESS you have hit them 4 or more times in a combo.

-Can no longer change colors after pressing start in Pal selection option .

-Made it so the rapid kick would no longer connect after the EX Halo Stomp when using hold Up command to dismount.

-Tweaked damage values for Halo Stomp a bit.

-Had to recode all the sounds for Demon Buster as they didn't stop correctly when you skipped the intro.
-Added the new Manga palette Balthazar had made.

10-01-17


-Fixed issue where you could change colors after round 1 before fight
-Fixed issue where AI would sit there waiting for you to pick a color. 
 Now the AI doesn't wait at all so no issue fighting with other chars besides Piccolo.

-Can no longer air dash after a dash cancel into dash jump from SPx2. This prevents infinite hit and guard strings.
-Juggle points max out when you dash cancel from SPx2 so you cannot hit P2 
 while they are in a hit state. This prevents combos.

-cMP can hit on both side.
-sLP faster with more priority.
-cMK faster with slightly more priority.

-D Wave no longer vanishes once it hits so now it can take out multiple projectiles while active.

-Fixed bug where certain conditions could make Halo Stomp lock P2 in the air and not fall.

-Transparency on Darkness Demon win pose added like it should have had to begin with.

-Life increased to 1100.
-Increased minimum damage for EX attacks.

-Back Dash has more invincibility frames, making it nearly invincible.
-Gave slight reach increase to 2nd sSP.
-Made 2nd sSP dash cancelable.
-sSK hits a bit lower now.
-Added up+2K unique Zetto Counter.

-Harpoon has faster recovery with L and M.
-No more EX Harpoon loops for real now!
-Clones shouldn't knock real Piccolo's opponent out of EX Harpoon now often.
-If a clone messes up the Mystic Harpoon so that it doesn't connect real Piccolo will do the EX D Wave instead.
-Increased damage for Carnage Blitz.
-Slight increase to Mental Shock damage. Minimum damage increased.
-EX Halo Stomp has an alternate ender kick by holding Up.

-Now both normal SBC and Demon SBC have the QCFx2+P command.
-Fixed the issue where it takes long too say Piccolo Wins after super finish.

-Dracula winpose now has Piccolo teleporting to the screen's center.

06-01-17

-Damage scaling begins on hit 3 now instead of 5.

-Made hit box of sMK a bit further out.
-Removed ability to hit with most attacks after using Punch Zetto counter.
-Made all hit boxes larger for his Zetto Counters. Making them MUCH more potent.
-Made it much harder to juggle with standing or crouching basics because now many don't make P2 rise anymore.

-Removed ability to juggle with most moves after strong DWave.
-MP Harpoon is fixed. The SP one I couldn't reproduce but it had the same issue as the MP one, 
 it was just harder to see. So I think I fixed it too.
-Mystic Harpoon buffed again by now dividing damage by 1.5 instead of 1.75.
 I'd missed a hitdef when applying the trigger that looks to see if the opponent 
 as hit by EX MHarpoon so the EX Harpoon loops are still possible with B+SP in the public build.

-Buffed Seeking Bullet:
-Damage scales less.
-If it misses or is blocked it waits longer before returning.
-On the way back if it hits a grounded P2 Piccolo can still hit them while it hits them. 
 He will only miss now if they are in a juggle state. These are pretty big buffs.

-Fixed a bug where you could still press attack buttons after winning with Hellzone Grenade 
 allowing you to see the attack while he still did his win pose.

-Fixed envshake of clones continuing when you skip their intro.

05-01-17

-Added ability to press start to select color when you have the color select option turned on in config. 

-Changed the dampening one more time.
-Finally for real fixed the slowdown issues with some attacks. 
  There was not a limiter on the combo limiter helper. So it was making SEVERAL the entire time it hit. 
   Special thanks to RawkHawk for checking this and telling me on Discord.
-Now if Piccolo hits a standing or crouching opponent it gives 1 dampening point. 
  Like before. But now if the opponent is in the air or OTG the attacks give 2 points.
-Things like Mystic Harpoon, Mental Shock, and others that gave you a HUGE increase in dampening points 
  when they connected no longer do. They do 1 point or 2 depending on the above.

-Fixed the Mystic Harpoon sometimes not grabbing.
-Decreased the amount Mystic Harpoon divides the damage after hit. Now instead of dividing in half it divides by 1.75.
-Took away 3 ticks of startup from Carnage Blitz.

-Special Beam Cannon command changed to QCFx2+P
-Clones disappear and reappear correctly during Hellzone Grenade.
-Clones now only take 150 life. Clone still has 200 life. 
 You can absorb them back and gain 50 life points. Minimum to create them is now 160.

-Color of aura fixed.
-Changed voice for back throw.
-Added envshake to the Clones Collision intro.
-Added transparency to ghosts.

-Fixed palette issues with Y and start + X in config.
-Palette selection before match how I want it now.

-Applied damage scaling to everything. Including every version of Hellzone Grenade. Took me a bit to figure out how to do it with lifeadd.

-Combos begin dealing half as much damage once you hit P2 with Mystic Harpoon. 
 Once the combo ends damage values go back to normal (EX and supers do not get reduced by this).  
  Attack damage is divided by 3 after you land Demon Mystic Harpoon till P2 is no longer in a hit state.

-Damage of B+SK reduced.
-Damage of sLP reduced.
-Damage of jSK reduced.
-Can now recover after getting hit with cSK.
-Recoded sSP. Hopefully it will no longer lag some people's pcs.
-Removed ability to do jSP bounce more than once a combo.
-Increased dampening points to jSP.
-Increased cool down window after Crouching Eye Laser connects. 
  Instead of 6 ticks you must wait 16 ticks before you can fire it again.

-If P2 is hit by Mental Shock lightning while high up they fall down much faster.
-Air EX D Wave uses meter.
-Reduced damage of Trap Shot.
-Removed ability to hit P2 after using EX Mystic Harpoon besides with Carnage Blitz .
-Removed ability to do Demon Mystic Harpoon more than once a combo. Everything else can still hit after.

-Damage of LVL2 + SBC increased.

-No more time over using Hellzone grenade.
-Added 3 more frames of recovery to Hellzone initiation.
-Added 3 more frames of start up to Hellzone attack.
-Removed OTG from Hellzone Grenade.
-Safe guard made for Hellzone Grenade against characters that are just helpers like Saibamen.

-Added back ability to air dash after air multi kick BUT once you land and keep the combo going 
 you will NOT be able to airdash following the 2nd round of multi kicks. 
  Example
   cSK, jump, rapidk, dash, rapidk, dash rapidk, land combo into launcher, jump rapidk NO MORE DASHING

-Cursed form has correct palette.
-Juggle Limit correctly resets for clones.
-Jumping Clones no longer knock down when hitting with 2 air attacks right after each other.
-D.Wave wasn't hitting with Jumping clone, fixed
-Redid all colors so now they are in the proper order. Default colors are changed.
 Palettes can be changed in the .config. The only entry that currently doesn't work is 'y'.
-Nerfed rapid kick damage and increased damage dampener points that it gives when it hits.
-Can no longer air dash after rapid kick.
-Recovery after landing increased by 1 tick.
-Recovery after jSK > landing is increased to full land animation
-Added config option so players can change Piccolo colors with directions during intros.
-Corrected all default config options.
